Attendance of the wedding photographer
Attendance is not booked until the wedding photography booking form has been signed and returned to us together with £150 deposit (this amount is included in the package price and deducted from the package price when payment is received).
Wedding photography payments
Wedding photography packages require 100% payment to have been received by Kim Collins 14 days prior to the ceremony date. If this payment is not received we regret that it will not be possible to photograph your ceremony and your deposit will be forfeited to cover our losses.
The wedding photographs
In contracting Kim to act as the photographer of your wedding it will be granted that the photographers experience in choosing locations, poses and the amount of photographs necessary to provide a comprehensive choice is correct.
Whilst we are sure that you will be delighted with your wedding photographs, and every effort is made to balance colours correctly, some fabrics in some colours are impossible to record in the same way as they appear to the human eye.
Wedding photographer's copyright
Belongs to Kim Collins, along with sole photographic rights.
Wedding photography cancellations
The client may cancel the contract with the wedding photographer at any time. However if written cancellation is not received 8 months prior to the date of the wedding ceremony the deposit must be withheld to cover studio losses. If you cancel the ceremony after the wedding photography package payment has been made, the payment is retained to cover studio losses.
In the unlikely event of an accident or circumstances beyond our control causing the photographer to cancel the contract, all monies paid will be refunded.
Total camera failure is unlikely, as we always carry back up equipment, but should it occur, the photographer will refund all monies paid and an alternative photographic session will be offered at a mutually convenient location and date.
The wedding photographer will not be responsible for any other costs incurred.
